The Lompoc Vandenberg Branch of AAUW honored the two recipients of their annual scholarship to senior graduating girls from local high schools in the class of 2006.

From Cabrillo High School the recipient is Lauren Michelle Berry–Lauren has been accepted at U.C. Berkeley where she plans to attend.

From Lompoc High School the recipient is Stephanie Lynn Stephenson–Stephanie has been accepted and will attend U.C. Santa Barbara.
