Once again the ladies of AAUW stepped up to help with the 2010 Churro Booth. A BIG THANKS to everyone who helped set-up, decorate, work shifts, and take down the booth. An additional thank you to Sandy and John Healy for all the extra assistance they provided and Mary Vossler for her extensive notes from past years. Those of you who saw our new sign commented on how visible it was from across the park and on TV. I think the cool weather could be one reason we were able to sell 36 cases of churros with a net profit of $4,440.25. This one week effort provides our branch with funding for AAUW Funds and Tech Trek. This was definitely a group effort. Thanks again for all of your support…looking forward to next year.
